German minister visits Blk71

The Minister of Economic Affairs, Labour and Housing of Baden-Württemberg Dr Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut and German delegates visited NUS Enterprise@Blk71 on 22 November. At the incubation facility, they were given an overview of the start-up ecosystem in Singapore and the crucial role played by NUS Enterprise in supporting start-ups on their entrepreneurial journeys.

Dr Hoffmeister-Kraut also met with Ms Patricia Polizzi, General Manager, Centre of Competence Retail (Aftersales) of Mercedes-Benz, who provided an update on the Startup Autobahn programme in Singapore. The programme, launched recently by Mercedes-Benz in collaboration with NUS Enterprise, aims to help selected local start-ups develop their ideas in the automobile market through incubation at Blk71.
