NUS represented on MSPH Board

Prof Tan Chorh Chuan and Prof Leo Tan have been appointed as members of the MSPH Board of Directors

NUS President Professor Tan Chorh Chuan and Professor Leo Tan, Director (Special Projects) in NUS Science have been appointed as members of the Board of Directors of Mandai Safari Park Holdings (MSPH).

MSPH, headed by Mr S Dhanablan as its Chairman, was established by Temasek, a Singapore-based investment company to oversee the concept development for the rejuvenation of Mandai into an integrated wildlife and nature heritage space. Besides driving the proposed concept for Mandai, MSPH also oversees the business and strategic development of Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS) ' the operator of Singapore's award-winning Jurong Bird Park, Night Safari, River Safari and the Singapore Zoo.

Both Prof Tan Chorh Chuan and Prof Leo Tan join eight other directors on the Board including Ms Claire Chiang, former Chairman of WRS and Mr Lionel Yeo, Chief Executive of the Singapore Tourism Board.
