Prof Zheng Yongnian, Director of the East Asian Institute at NUS opined that China’s large-scale anti-corruption campaign is also an institutional construction process of the Communist Party of China. He added that the country's top graft-buster Mr Wang Qishan has been playing a critical role in this area, building the necessary system that enhances the anti-corruption efforts.
