19th National Congress of CPC and rebuilding of government-business ties

Prof Zheng Yongnian, Director of the East Asian Institute at NUS noted the need for China to rebuild government-business ties to ensure continued economic growth. Prof Zheng highlighted the experiences of other countries to suggest ways for China to go about the task.
