4 things Singaporeans can do to live a happier, longer life

A study conducted by Prof Angelique Chan, Executive Director at the Centre for Ageing Research and Education at Duke-NUS Medical School, found that improving psychological resilience is something that can help mid-lifers improve the quality of their later years. The study of 1,500 participants between the ages of 50 and 59 found that those with a greater social support, better financial planning, active physically and mentally, and who were conscientious, and open to new ideas and experiences, are more resilient.
