Adj Prof JY Pillay conferred the Distinguished Contribution to Governance award

Adj Prof JY Pillay from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS was conferred the Distinguished Contribution to Governance award at the Singapore Corporate Awards 2015. In an interview, he shared his views on corporate governance and noted that the main way to get companies to improve their corporate governance is through shareholder vigilance and education.
