Ageing well with help from the young

The Next Age Institute at the NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences was one of the programmes featured which focus on successful ageing. The institute is piloting a study on care pathways that will provide insights into care arrangements for older people as they transit from hospital to community or home care.
