AIIB: A major step towards a new world system

Dr Chiang Min-Hua from the East Asian Institute at NUS opined that it is still premature to decide if the Asian Investment Infrastructure Bank (AIIB) will be a success and observed that the active participation of countries in the AIIB signals the need for the US to adapt to the rise of a new multilateral system.
