Asean a model for IP cooperation

Assoc Prof Elizabeth Ng Siew Kuan, Deputy Chairman (IP research unit) of the EW Barker Centre for Law and Business at the NUS Faculty of Law and Prof Graeme Austin, Chair of Private Law at Victoria University of Wellington, opined that achieving interoperability in IP the "Asean way" may be more realistic as a new paradigm for strengthening international relations.
