A*Star, NUS team up to study liver disease in Asians

NUS and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*Star) are teaming up with healthcare company Novo Nordisk to study liver disease in Asian populations. The new research collaboration, announced on 10 March 2020, will focus on one of the most common types of liver disease called non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), which affects more than a quarter of the global adult population.
