Budget 2015: In deficit, yet very prudent at heart

Mr Donald Low, Associate Dean (Research and Executive Education) and Senior Fellow from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, opined that the concerns about the fiscal sustainability of social measures in Budget 2015 are mostly misplaced as the Singapore Government presents its Budget position in a conservative way.
