Change in management of diverse communities

Dr Leong Chan Hoong, Head of the Social Lab at the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) at NUS, and Ms Ili Kaiyisah Rahan, a former research intern of IPS, discussed their observations and the recent IPS study which found that crime rates are higher in areas where there is greater economic disparity.
