China's advantages in implementing a 'Silk Road' strategy

Prof Zheng Yongnian, Director of the East Asian Institute at NUS, discussed about the unique advantages that China has when it comes to realising a"Silk Road"strategy, and opined that it is China's path towards internationalisation, as well as assuming international responsibility.
