Climate change? Pay heed to water

Prof Asit K Biswas of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS and Mr Peter Brabeck-Letmathe of the Water Resources Group opined that over the near to medium-term, efforts to ensure the availability of adequate quantity of good-quality water for all human uses have to be given greater impetus.
