Commentary: In high-rise Singapore, take a risk-based approach to fire safety

Prof Richard Liew Jat Yuen and Dr Wang Yu, Research Fellow, from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at NUS Faculty of Engineering opined that the responsibility for fire safety should not be limited to engineers and architects alone. The onus is on every individual to account for his or her own safety.
