Commentary: How Singapore can be a space power, with small satellites

Prof Low Kay Soon, Director of the Satellite Technology and Research Centre at NUS, opined that with foresight, investment in human capital and technology and some fortunate timing, Singapore has a good shot at creating a space for itself in the satellite industry.
