Assoc Prof Qian Zhou from the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music at NUS, who is also the chair of the Singapore International Violin Competition, shared her memories of competing, the influential people who helped her in her career, her relationship with her parents, her life in the United States while studying at the Baltimore's Peabody Conservatory and her solo career.
