Coupling flexible work arrangements with appropriate performance evaluation indicators

Asst Prof Sam Yam from the NUS Business School discussed about flexible work arrangements in corporations and suggested companies that adopt flexible work arrangements should adapt their performance evaluation indicators accordingly, to prevent this practice from being counter-productive.
