Delhiites have to keep paying the cost of pollution over the next decade

Prof Asit K. Biswas and Dr Cecilia Tortajada from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS opined that Delhiites will continue to pay serious health and environmental costs for the inaction of its past governments, and inadequate policy responses of its current and future governments, for at least the next decade.
