Developers' sentiment dips further in fourth quarter

The Real Estate Sentiment Index, which is jointly developed by the Dept of Real Estate at NUS School of Design and Environment and the Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore, found that developers’ sentiment weakened further in the fourth quarter of 2015.
