Disclosures on risk management ‘strong’

Assoc Prof Lawrence Loh, Director of the Centre for Governance, Institutions and Organisations as well as Deputy Head of the Dept of Strategy & Policy at NUS Business School shared that in the latest Singapore Governance and Transparency Index released on 1 August 2017, three areas stand out – the commendable disclosures made by companies in the area of risk management and the continued poor disclosures in the area of stakeholder engagement; the third area pertains to Reits and business trusts.
