Downside to Singapore's food availability food wastage

Biswas, Dr Cecilia Tortajada, both from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, and Matthew Kastner, a graduate student at NUS, discussed about the two-fold food waste problem in Singapore, where too much food is wasted, and too little of the waste is recycled.
