Duke-NUS to conduct study on whether learning helps in the physical and mental health of the elderly

The Centre for Ageing Research and Education at Duke-NUS Medical School will be conducting the first-of-its-kind local study on the effect that lifelong learning has on the well-being of the elderly. The one-year study will recruit between 500 and 700 elderly learners from the National Silver Academy.
