Enhancing the elected presidency system

Dr Gillian Koh and Mr Tan Min-Wei from the Institute of Policy Studies at NUS discussed three key concerns that have emerged about the office of the Elected President (EP) of Singapore, and opined that citizens must be given some part in guarding the Singaporean philosophy of governance and an important line of the country's total defence.
