Even NASA thinks a sense of humour is a must in hiring astronauts

Dr Sam Yam Kai Chi, Asst Prof from the Dept of Management and Organisation at NUS Business School opined that a growing body of research shows that a sense of humour - being able to both make and take jokes - plays a critical role in driving successful group dynamics, building strong teams and creative thinking.
