The fall and rise of legal education in Singapore

Prof Simon Chesterman, Dean of NUS Faculty of Law, noted that the 60th anniversary of legal education in Singapore offers a chance to look back on the history of the rule of law in Singapore – and forward to how the practice of law is changing.
