Foreign worker issues: Rethinking assumptions

Mr Donald Low, Associate Dean (Research and Executive Education) and Senior Fellow at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, called for a rethink of some assumptions behind foreign worker policies in Singapore, in the light of current struggles to raise productivity.
