Fort Canning exhibition site to get revamp

A team headed by veteran archaeologist Prof John Miksic from the Dept of Southeast Asian Studies at NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and Assoc Prof Goh Geok Yian from NTU, has found a rare piece of Thai ceramic at a site at Fort Canning Park. Prof Miksic said that the latest discovery points to interactions between Temasek, as Singapore was once known, and Thailand in the 14th century.
