Fund helps blind NUS undergrad overcome hurdles

Ms Amanda Chong, a first-year undergraduate in the NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences who was born with glaucoma and detached retinas, is among the 30 higher education students in Singapore to have benefited from the Special Education Needs fund set up by the Ministry of Education.
