The haze, international law and global cooperation

Prof S Jayakumar and Prof Tommy Koh of the Centre for International Law at NUS examined Indonesia's legal responsibility in relation to the haze situation, and concluded that the forest fires in Indonesia are man-made and companies that are responsible must be held accountable for their unconscionable and illegal behaviour.
