How art and museums help us know the world

Mr Hsieh Fu Hua, Chairman of NUS Board of Trustees and Chairman of the National Gallery, Singapore, opined that art can help us create a society that is open to possibilities, to discourse, where people are open to expressing and learning without fear. He added that when we as individuals are no longer fearful of things we do not know, we can then truly embrace diversity of thought, people and culture.
