How to deal with the American definition of 'world order'?

Professor Zheng Yongnian, Director of the East Asian Institute at NUS, discussed how Western countries, especially the United States, have played a dominant role in shaping and defining the current world order. He opined that China can play a crucial role in influencing in both regional and world order, given its rapid developments over the last 30 years.
