How does the ‘Belt and Road’ initiative become and inclusive global cooperation platform?

Assoc Prof Gu Qingyang from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS noted that there are many uncertainties associated with the Belt and Road project, which can only be overcome through cooperation between the different countries, coordinating of policies and strengthening of mutual interests.
