How fear, luck and golf brought Asean together

Prof Kishore Mahbubani, Dean of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, discussed the need for Singaporeans to understand and appreciate the geopolitical umbrella called Asean. He opined that Singapore is the biggest beneficiary of Asean and added that rather than poking holes in the geopolitical umbrella that is gifted to us, we should do our best to strengthen it.
