Institute of Policy Studies to begin survey on Singaporeans living abroad

The Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS will be conducting a survey on Singaporeans residing overseas. Led by Dr Leong Chan-Hoong, Senior Research Fellow and Head of the IPS Social Lab, Dr Leong and his team will also obtain references from other surveys to gain a better understanding of how Singapore can help Singaporeans who are residing aboard to return to Singapore, as well as address the obstacles they face when they return.
