International financial expert: Singapore-listed companies need to raise ratio of independent directors

Prof Ronald Masulis, the newly appointed MAS term professor at the NUS Business School opined that Singapore-listed companies would need to adjust their board structure by raising the ratio of independent directors, so as to garner the trust and interest of international investment companies.
