Lack of physical fitness linked with depression, anxiety in middle-aged women: NUS study

A study led by Prof Yong Eu Leong, Head of the Dept of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, has found that mid-life women with weak upper and lower body fitness may be more prone to depression and anxiety.
