Mr Abdul Halim Ali Bakar, a student of the SUTD-NUS Joint PhD Programme, is currently researching micro-thrusters for small satellites using 2D materials, under Prof Low Kay Soon from the Dept of Electrical & Computer Engineering at NUS Faculty of Engineering and Prof Ricky Ang from SUTD.
