Letting students sleep in is a move worth emulating

Prof Michael Chee from the Neuroscience & Behavioural Disorders Programme at Duke-NUS Medical School opined that having adequate sleep is a public health issue and no less important than eating right and exercising sufficiently. He added that other schools can learn from  Nanyang Girls’ HIgh School’s successful implementation of later start time.
