Local study discovers four cancer gene subtypes that may allow for more targeted treatment of bile duct cancer
A research team including Prof Patrick Tan and Prof Teh Bin Tean, both from the Cancer and Stem Cell Biology Programme at Duke-NUS Medical School, has discovered four cancer gene subtypes from patient samples of 10 countries, which may enable more targeted treatment of bile duct cancer.
