Local tech projects win awards at global event

A team of researchers from NUS and Shanghai Jiatong University was among the awardees of the 2015 TechConnect World Innovation Conference in the United States. They had developed a low-cost automatic sensor that detects phosphate levels in rivers and lakes to monitor algal blooms.
