Mainland China’s policy towards Taiwan

Dr Qi Dongtao, Research Fellow of the East Asian Institute at NUS, analysed mainland China's policy towards Taiwan since Ms Tsai Ing-wen assumed office as the island's President in 2016, and opined that it now focuses on "anti-independence" instead of "promoting reunification".
