No breakthroughs yet for Modi

Dr Amitendu Palit of the Institute of South Asian Studies at NUS opined that Indian Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi’s term to date has been a mixed record. He noted that the contrasting successes and failures of Mr Modi’s prime ministership have thus far underscored the changes that his style of leadership has brought.
