The norms in hepatitis C outbreaks

Prof Chia Kee Seng, Dean of Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health at NUS, and Prof David Heymann, Chairman of Public Health England, discussed the outbreaks of hepatitis C in various countries, in light of the recent outbreak of the disease at the Singapore General Hospital.
