NUS academic publishes book on food as a window to Singapore's history and geography

Prof Vineeta Sinha from NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences co-edited a book titled Food, Foodways and Foodscapes that introduces readers to food as a window to the social and cultural history and geography of Singapore.
