NUS develops world’s first alcoholic beverage from tofu whey
Assoc Prof Liu Shao Quan and PhD student Mr Chua Jian Yong, both from the Food Science and Technology Programme at NUS Faculty of Science, have successfully developed a technique to turn tofu whey into a tasty alcoholic beverage.
