NUS index: Completed condo prices up 0.6%

According to the latest flash estimates from the Singapore Residential Price Index (SRPI) compiled by the Institute of Real Estate Studies at NUS, prices of completed private apartments and condominiums in Singapore rose 0.6 per cent in October over September 2017. The month-on-month increase is faster than the 0.2 per cent rise seen in September, based on the revised index value for that month.
