NUS Law Assoc Prof David Tan launches new book on celebrity image rights

Assoc Prof David Tan from NUS Faculty of Law has launched a new book on celebrity image rights entitled The Commercial Appropriation of Fame. In this book, he explores if companies are exploiting celebrities' fame and how laws have to move with the times.
