NUS music graduate wins Goh Soon Tioe Centenary Award

Mr Theophilus Tan, a recent graduate of the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory at NUS has won the Goh Soon Tioe Centenary Award. This is the first time the award has been given to a cellist.
