NUS statistics suggest trend of private residential en bloc sales may cause oversupply in two years

According to statistics from the Institute of Real Estate Studies at NUS, there has been at least 12 private residential collective sales in 2016 and 2017. Coupled with the government’s planned land sales in 2017 for private residential developments, there may be an oversupply in the private housing market within the next two years.
